Licence (right of use)

You may

• use the templates for your association – and for up to two further associations in which you are a volunteer yourself;
• change, brand, fill in, print and copy the templates;
• pass completed documents to members, authorities, banks and courts;
• store the files on your board’s devices and shared storage, also after a change of board.

You may not

• sell, give away or offer the blank or only slightly changed templates for download (not even on the association website);
• use the templates as part of your own template or software offer.

Simple, non-transferable right of use, unlimited in time, arising upon full payment. Rights holder: Sunfield, Vorstandsmappe.
