Terms and conditions
for the sale of digital content · as of 4 November 2026
§ 1 Scope, provider
These terms apply to all contracts for digital templates that you conclude via this website with Lukas-Domenik Sonnenfeld, Vorstandsmappe, Anschrift siehe Impressum, Germany (“we”) – as a consumer, business or association.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of the packages is not a binding offer. (2) On the order page you see a summary with product, price, delivery method and payment method. You can correct input errors in the fields until sending. By clicking one of the payment buttons (“Order with obligation to pay – PayPal” or “Order with obligation to pay – card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA & more”) and sending the prepared order email you make a binding offer. (3) The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or send you the download link. (4) The contract language is German; this English version is for information only. You receive the contract text with the order confirmation by email.
§ 3 Product language and suitability
The templates are in German and designed for associations under German law. Please only order if that suits you.
§ 4 Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in euros. VAT exempt under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation) – no VAT is charged. Payment is made in advance, at your choice, via PayPal (PayPal converts currencies if necessary) or via the payment service Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin) using the payment methods offered there, e.g. card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna or SEPA Direct Debit. If you pay via Stripe, you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page; the purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. There are no shipping costs.
§ 5 Delivery and countries
After receipt of payment we send you a download link by email, usually on the same or next working day. The link is valid for at least 14 days. We supply customers in the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada; we do not supply consumers in the United Kingdom.
§ 6 Right of use
Upon full payment you receive the simple right of use, unlimited in time, described in our licence.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the withdrawal information. You can also withdraw via the button “Withdraw from contract”. For digital content (download), the right of withdrawal expires under section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) once we have begun performing the contract after you expressly agreed to this, confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal, and we have provided you with a confirmation under section 312f BGB.
§ 8 Rights in case of defects
The statutory rights for digital products apply (§§ 327 et seq. BGB). The templates are working aids; they do not replace legal or tax advice.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. In the case of slight negligence we are only liable for breach of an essential contractual obligation, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
§ 10 Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 11 Final provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; for consumers only insofar as this does not deprive them of mandatory protection of their country of residence.
